- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support employee relations and performance management, including managing underperformers
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
- Support recruiting efforts and participate in interviews
- Administer benefits through Insperity PEO and serve as a resource for employee questions
- Assist with scaling HR processes in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Partner with leadership to ensure compliance and support organizational growth
- Background or familiarity with agriculture, ranching, farming, or FFA is highly preferred
- HR Generalist experience with strengths in employee relations, performance management, and policy administration
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Hands-on, proactive professional who can take ownership and get things done
- Experience with Insperity or another PEO preferred
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
- Employment Type: Direct Hire
- Compensation: $68,000-75,000 annually
- Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay Details: $68,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
