Delphi Healthcare is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for Emergency Department/Urgent Care opportunities at Carthage Area Hospital in Carthage, NY , and Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center in Ogdensburg, NY .

Earn starting at $80 per hour with W2 employment while working a schedule that provides seven consecutive days off each rotation. This opportunity is suited to clinicians who enjoy hands-on care, efficient decision-making, and independent practice.

Opportunity Highlights

• Compensation: Starting at $80 per hour

• Employment: W2

• Rotation: 7 days on / 7 days off

• Weekday schedule: 12-hour day shifts

• Weekend schedule: 6-hour shifts

• Setting: Emergency Department/Urgent Care

• Patient pace: Approximately 3 5 patients per hour

• Coverage: Solo APP coverage with physician support available by phone

• Malpractice: Insurance with tail coverage provided

An Opportunity for Confident, Independent Clinicians

Take an active role in evaluating and treating patients in a fast-paced setting, with organizational support from a physician-led group. This role requires comfort practicing as the sole on-site APP and recognizing when to consult the supporting physician.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• 3+ years of Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience preferred

• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required

• Experience with suturing, splinting, and fracture care preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage patient flow independently
