Guthrie Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to practice at the Guthrie Erwin Family Medicine Practice located in Painted Post, N.Y.

• Outpatient only practice.
• Practice full-spectrum Family Medicine, seeing patients from birth to geriatrics.
• Build a fulfilling clinical practice within a collegial environment with supportive administration.
• Experienced providers preferred; new graduates will be considered.

• Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Ability to obtain/maintain Pennsylvania and New York state license

• Standard hours - Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Flexible schedules considered.
• Rotating Call Schedule - phone call only.

• Competitive starting salary range of $125,000 - $135,000 depending on experience.
