Pay: $45 10 per hour (DOE)

Overview:
Our medical practice in Springfield is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and elevate the quality of care for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will mentor a dedicated care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with clients and caregivers to ensure quality, compliant care
• Oversee caregivers and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to ensure care is delivered properly
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and conduct chart audits for compliance
• Lead orientation and training for new caregivers
• Attend team meetings and collaborate with the care team

Qualifications:

• Active, current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Georgia
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong flexibility, able to redirect priorities and adapt communication style to a wide range of personalities
• Willingness to travel; valid driver s license and reliable transportation required
