Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5pm 1-hour unpaid lunch Property Maintenance Responsibilities: -Maintains lawns, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, planters and other ground features. -Mows and edges lawns suing power mowers push mowers and or edgers. -Cares for lawns by laying much, removing weeds, and trimming trees and plants, prunes and trims trees, shrubs, and hedges, using shears pruner or chain saw. -Performs various community maintenance functions and records findings in maintenance log. There fun tons may include but are no limited to light bulb changes, caulking, filter changes, touch-up painting, lock repairs, snow removal, install/repair window coverings, pool maintenance, minor HVAC maintenance, preventive maintenance. -Assists in keeping the grounds and common areas free of trash and debris. -Prepares or assists in preparing all vacancies to a market-ready condition. -Delivers various communications to residents as needed. Attends and assists in setting up for resident functions and activities.Skills mentioned in this job
