We are currently hiring for multiple positions within our plant operations:

- Machine Operator - 2nd shift, 3pm - 11 pm

- Machine Operator - Swing Shift, two weeks 7 am - 3 pm, two weeks 3 pm to 11 pm

- Machine Operator - 3rd shift 11 pm - 7 am

Responsibilities of the positions:

• Start as a Helper learning how to set up jobs, read job tickets and run machines. This is a hands-on learning experience.
• Improve your skills at running machines and problem solving. Learn to clear machine erros and other technical issues with complex machinery.
• Ensure materials are staged and prepared correctly.
• Maintain a clean and safe operating area.
• Be available to support other areas of production as needed.

What you will need to have:

• Consistent and professional approach to work
• Mechanical inclination with the ability to learn how to operate machines
• Mathmatical skill set with the ability to think through mearsurements
• Ability to distinguish color and color variations
• Proven ability to read, write, and communicate
• Basic computer skills (data entry, PC navigation)
• Ability to stand 95% of your shift and lift up to 50 pounds

Required:

• Pass a drug screen and background test

Compensation details: 18-20 Hourly Wage
