- Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
- Temporary Privileges Available: Yes (emergency temps with clean background)
- Credentialing Timeline: 90 days
- Licenses: Active MN license or IMLC
- Board: BC/BE in Hospitalist/Internal Medicine
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in specialty
- Provide comprehensive hospitalist coverage for New Ulm Medical Center.
- Manage admissions and rounding for the Critical Care Unit (CCU).
- Handle a daily census of approximately 15-25 patients.
- Respond to codes and stabilize patients, collaborating with the 24/7 ED physician.
- Coordinate timely transfers of higher-acuity patients to Abbott Northwestern Hospital.
