OUTPATIENT FAMILY PRACTICE Northeast Florida Join an stable and supportive physician-led organization with an emphasis on faculty and staff retention. Position Highlights : Accepting Family Practice or Internal Medicine: Newborns through Geriatrics or Adult-only practice available Weekdays Only: Standard outpatient practice, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with flexibility Dual Physician Households: Support for dual-physician recruitment and physician spouse employment Practice Support: AI scribes, APPs, and Epic EMR Leadership & Growth Opportunities: Ability to transition into a Medical Director role Compensation & Benefits : Attractive Financial Package: Guaranteed base, RVU bonus, quality bonus and clinical profit sharing Production Ramp Up: Reduced productivity expectations year one Relocation Assistance: $10,000 Health Benefits Covered 100%: No monthly premium for physician and eligible family Cell Phone Allowance: $600 annually Paid Time Off: Approximately 55 paid days off per year Retirement: 5.14% employer contribution to the 403(b)/Optional Retirement Plan Professional Expenses Paid: Medical license renewal, NICA, Florida Medical Association and Duval County Medical Society dues covered; DEA fee exemption Qualifications : BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Medicine-Pediatrics Experienced physicians and new graduates considered, including 2026 and 2027 graduates Spanish bilingual ability highly desired About the Community Live Well: Miles of Atlantic beaches, the nation's largest urban park system, and low stress commutes Financial Advantages: No state income tax , affordable real estate, and access to some of the nation's lowest in-state college tuition rates Find Your Community: Rich mix of cultures, faith communities, international traditions, and places of worship Job Reference #: FP27587
