Call Center - Customer Service Specialist I Opportunity - In Office - Henderson, NV


$20.50/hr ($21.50 bilingual Spanish) Full-time, in-office 401k match

Answer calls. Solve problems. Get paid to actually help people.

We're hiring for our Henderson call center - no cold calling, no sales quotas. Just real customer support for a growing workers' comp insurer.

What you need:

  • 1 year call center or office experience

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Solid PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus (extra $1/hr)

Bonus points: insurance background, Five9 experience, an Associate's degree.
