Production Associates maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary production environment while ensuring equipment and facility areas meet food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
Work Schedule:
Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize assigned areas with attention to detail and food safety requirements
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals used throughout the facility
- Disassemble and reassemble production equipment using hand and power tools
- Prepare equipment and supplies for production
- Track and scan materials into the company's ERP system
- Follow all environmental, health, safety, and food safety regulations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions and workplace communications
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to walk, stand, crouch, twist, bend, climb, and reach as needed
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 25-50 pounds

Working Conditions:
Work is performed 100% within the manufacturing facility. Employees may work in controlled-temperature environments, including refrigerated areas. Noise levels may vary throughout the facility, and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
