The practice is seeking a dentist comfortable working as a solo provider, performing exams, treating emergency visits, and providing bread-and-butter dentistry while maintaining smooth patient flow. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, excellent communication, adaptability, and a team-oriented approach while delivering quality patient care alongside a supportive and energetic team.
Assignment Details
Temp Position - Vacation Coverage Dates: 12/1/26-12/3/26
Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday 7:40-5:00
Team Support There are 14 team members in this office. This is a 2 doctor office. They are a connected and energetic team culture with a strong focus on camaraderie and teamwork to keep the office running efficiently.

What You ll Do • Examining patients to determine oral health needs, utilizing x-rays and other diagnostic equipment and procedures • Provide exams and emergency dental care in an outpatient setting • Deliver efficient, patient-focused treatment while maintaining daily workflow • Assist with leading and supervising office team members • Staying productive during both slower and busier teams • Focus on patient experience and support a developing office • Maintain accurate documentation and continuity of care
Requirements • DDS or DMD from an accredited program • Active state dental license • Prior dental experience required • Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues • Comfortable handling exams and emergency visits in a fast-paced setting
