Housekeeper / Room Attendant

General Hotels Corporation is seeking a skilled Housekeeper / Room Attendant to join our team at the brand new Hilton Garden Inn in Viera, Florida! As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment during their stay. As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, contributing to a positive and memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
  • Replace bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.
  • Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and minibar items.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
  • Respond to guest requests for additional services or items promptly and courteously.
  • Adhere to hotel security and safety protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a hotel housekeeper is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift, push, and move heavy objects
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
