Schedule: Monday Friday, 1:00 PM 9:30 PM
We are recruiting an experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist for a General Laboratory Supervisor opportunity in Indianapolis.
Position Highlights

Consistent Monday Friday schedule.

No scheduled weekends.

No call.

Laboratory leadership opportunity.

Responsibilities
-
Supervise daily laboratory operations and personnel.

Oversee quality control, testing accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting.

Assist with staff training and laboratory workflow improvements.

Support laboratory leadership with operational responsibilities.
Qualifications
-
MT/MLS (ASCP) certification required.
-
Strong general laboratory background.
-
Previous leadership or supervisory experience relevant to the position.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
