This opportunity offers a 4-day workweek, a base salary of $160,000 $170,000, plus annual performance incentives. Additional benefits include student loan repayment eligibility through HRSA or Colorado state programs, a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance totaling 10% of base salary, 5 weeks of PTO (including CE time), 9 paid holidays, and a $3,000 continuing education allowance. The organization also provides paid malpractice insurance, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, and a 401(k) with up to a 4% employer match.
