About this job

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, restorative care, simple extractions, basic endodontics, and preventive services, within your training and comfort level.

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on long-term relationships and case acceptance.

• Help build the practices patient base through excellent chairside manner, community presence, and collaboration on local outreach and marketing ideas.

• Partner with the owner on clinical systems, scheduling templates, and workflow optimization appropriate for a new practice.

• Participate in decisions related to equipment, materials, and technology as the practice grows.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and infection-control standards.

• Engage with the team on process improvements and leadership as the practice scales, with the expectation of transitioning into an equity partner role under a formal partnership agreement.
