Premier Dental is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Patient Relations Coordinator to join our growing team!

We are a busy, patient-centered, multi-doctor practice offering General Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Endodontics, and Periodontics . With exciting internal team advancements, we re expanding our front desk team and looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

• Monday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM 3:00 PM

• Greet and check patients in/out
• Answer phones and assist with patient questions
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments
• Verify patient and insurance information
• Collect payments, co-pays, and outstanding balances
• Coordinate with the clinical team for smooth patient flow
• Manage daily front-office communications and tasks

• Previous dental, customer service, or administrative experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, professional, and patient-focused
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dental office, insurance, and practice management software experience preferred
