Description: Position Overview
The selected candidate will begin training on 1st shift and, once fully trained and certified, will transition to 2nd shift.
Training Schedule (1st Shift)
Monday through Friday
6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Permanent Schedule (2nd Shift)
Monday through Friday
3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
Training & Certification
Training will be conducted on 1st shift.
Certification typically takes 6 to 8 months, depending on individual progress and performance.
After successful certification, the employee will transition to the 2nd shift schedule.
Compensation
Starting pay is typically $20.00 per hour.
Compensation may be adjusted based on relevant experience, skills, and background.
Candidate Requirements
Ability to commit to 1st shift training before transitioning to 2nd shift.
CNC background and knowledge of setup, operation, and G-Code programming.
Shot Peening knowledge is a plus.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Manufacturing or production experience is required.
