Special Procedures: Ortho, Gyn, Eyes, Endo, ENT, Dental
General Practice Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center
Medical Direction 1:3
Requirements:
Board Certification: CRNA certified
PA License Required
BLS, ACLS, PALS
