- Process and review financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Enter and maintain client and financial information.
- Assist with banking and financial service solutions.
- Provide professional customer and account support.
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Respond to client questions and resolve routine account issues.
- Maintain confidential financial information and records.
- Support daily administrative and operational functions.
- Collaborate with team members to complete transactions accurately and on time.
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, financial transactions, data entry, or customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfort working with numbers, financial information, and computer systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional, customer-focused approach.
- The ability to learn new financial systems and processes quickly.
- An interest in building a long-term career in financial services.
- Motivation to complete Series 7 licensing training and testing.
- Paid Series 7 licensing training and testing.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.03 per hour
