Prestige Auto Tech is looking for a highly motivated, sales-driven Automotive Service Advisor to join our Miami Lakes team.

We're seeking someone who understands that successful service advising goes beyond writing estimates. You must know how to create value, earn customer trust, overcome objections, and turn repair recommendations into approved sales.

• Proven automotive Service Advisor experience
• Strong sales and closing abilities
• Confidence presenting high-dollar repair estimates
• Ability to overcome objections and secure approvals
• Excellent customer communication and follow-up
• Motivated by sales goals and performance
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• European automotive experience preferred
• Tekmetric experience is a plus

• Present and sell recommended repairs and maintenance
• Convert estimates into approved repair orders
• Follow up on declined services and pending estimates
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Coordinate with technicians to maintain productivity
• Consistently work toward sales and customer satisfaction goals

• $75,000+ annual earning potential
• Monday-Friday NO WEEKENDS
