Starting pay at $23 / hour
Responsibilities:
Post all deals for our Brunswick location and reconcile commissions
Daily bank reconciliations for all 5 of our locations
Manage Accounts Receivables across all locations
Post the manufacturer billing invoices and reconcile manufacturer statements for all locations
Manage a variety of different accounting schedules and post accounting adjustments as needed
Cross-training and backing up other accounting positions as needed
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment while meeting deadlines
Must have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented
Ability to effectively communicate between multiple dealerships and departments
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Proficient computer skills
Accounting and/or dealership experience preferred, but we are willing to train and invest in the right candidate!
